Chakras and Crystals (Part 1)

Chakras and Crystals (Part 1)

What are chakras?

We live not only through the growth of our physical bodies, but also through the enrichment of our spirit and emotions. This is closely related to the life energy of human beings. This life energy is not visible to the naked eye, yet it does exist. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is called "qi", while in ancient India, it was known as "prana".

Life energy will continuously flow within our bodies, forming an "energy field" or "aura" that surrounds our entire body to protect us from the energy emitted by others or nature, and to interact with other energies.

The entrances and exits that regulate the flow of life energy within the body are called "chakras". There are many chakras in our body, but the most important ones are the 7 chakras located along the central axis of the body. In modern medicine, the positions of these 7 chakras exactly correspond to the main nerve plexuses on the spine of the human body, and each chakra controls various physical and mental activities of the human body.

Therefore, when a certain chakra becomes blocked or overly active, problems will arise in the corresponding area of the body's health or psychological emotions. At this point, people will use various methods to heal and rebalance the energy of that chakra.

The relationship between crystal healing and chakras

The vibration frequency of natural crystals is extremely high, reaching up to 8 million times per second on average. It can influence the vibration frequencies of both space and the human body. Therefore, crystals are regarded as energy channels that can concentrate, transmit, store and transform energy. When the wearer develops trust and attention towards the crystal, the energy field of the crystal will resonate with the energy field of the wearer, thereby exerting greater efficacy and better achieving the goal of balancing the energy of the chakras.
